Mike then completes all pre-construction tasks, implements the design and permitting process before assigning the project to a Construction Manager. The Construction Manager oversees every aspect of the homebuilding process on a daily basis, constantly updating Mike on its status and working as the homebuyer's liaison. Most Croix Custom Homes are sold prior to completion, allowing the new owner to become involved in the construction process as well. At various stages of construction, homebuyers are requested to inspect the project along with the Construction Manager to ensure constant customer satisfaction.
